My goal is to help you and your horse feel and move better so together you can excel in any discipline - from performance athletes to trail partners.
In horses, I focus on releasing tension, restoring comfort, and improving movement using a combination of hands-on bodywork techniques and cellular-level tools.
Feeling great isn’t just for our horses (even if we do tend to put them first!). I also offer PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) sessions to people. This gentle and non-invasive cellular therapy reduces pain, eases stiffness, and supports whole-body wellness—so you can move, ride, and live with more comfort and ease.
Hi there! I’m the hands and heart behind Horses and Hallelujahs.
I’m a Marana native who grew up riding horses and caring for all kinds of animals. My journey into equine bodywork began when I saw firsthand how much it helped my own horses. That path led me to certifications in equine massage and PEMF therapy, along with education in craniosacral therapy, posture alignment, red light therapy, and acupressure. I’m passionate about helping horses feel their best—and supporting the riders who love them.
When I’m not working with horses, you’ll likely find me homeschooling my two daughters, cleaning limitless animal poop, or riding around farm fields on my gelding named Dan.
At Horses and Hallelujahs, I offer a range of therapies to help your horse recover or maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Every session is shaped by the individual needs of the horse (or human), with a focus on comfort, connection, and long-term wellness.
A modality that aims at enhancing your horse’s well-being and performance by focusing on the horse's muscular health and joint mobility through manual manipulation of the muscles and soft tissue.
What to expect: Each session is roughly 1-1.5 hours and combines multiple modalities (massage, acupressure, trigger point therapy) to increase muscle flexibility, blood flow, circulation, and range of motion, while also allowing the horse to participate in releasing tension that causes headaches, head shyness, and sinus pressure. After addressing the horse’s skeletal and muscular systems, I like to encourage repair at the cellular level with ROC Red Light Therapy.
Cost: $100 per session
A targeted technique used to release tension and adhesions along the tendons and surrounding soft tissues. This method is especially beneficial for horses with tightness in the legs, reduced range of motion, or a history of tendon injuries.
What to expect: An hour long session using slow and intentional strokes along the tendons to help break up adhesions and restore healthy movement. After physical manipulation, I encourage cellular repair with ROC Red Light Therapy and Magnawave PEMF.
Cost: $100
This gentle, but profound, therapy helps release deep-seated tension in the body, promoting relaxation and improved function by restoring the cerebral spinal rhythm. Over time, horses experience cranial trauma from sitting back, banging their heads, and other accidents. When this happens, sutures in the skull get shifted and the spinal fluid gets “stuck.” This creates tension in the skull, on the nerves, and in the fascia. Behavioral issues include:
What to expect: Use of extremely light finger pressure at specific points on the horse’s sacrum and head to release restrictions, and help CSF restore to its normal flow rate. Responses range from agitation such as head tossing and constant body movement, to releases such licking, chewing, sighing, and relaxation. Each session is roughly 2 hours and requires a calm and peaceful environment to allow the horse to engage. While incredible results can be experienced after the initial session, this is a multi session modality for maximum benefits.
Cost: $100, or 3 sessions for $240 ($80 per session)
A natural, non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate healing and reduce inflammation. For animals, it supports muscle recovery, pain relief, and overall wellness. For riders, it can help alleviate pain, reduce stiffness, and enhance recovery after a long day in the saddle.
